Deltaweld® 500 MIG/MAG Welding Machine
The Deltaweld 500 is an industrial MIG/MAG welding machine designed for advanced manufacturing. It supports multiple welding processes including Accu-Pulse®, High-Deposition MIG (HD-MIG) and RMD®, and is suited for applications ranging from thin to thick material. The EZ-Set function simplifies parameter setup based on material thickness. Accu-Pulse® provides an adaptive arc that compensates for variations in operator technique and fit-up. HD-MIG increases deposition rate and travel speed on thicker materials, while RMD® delivers extremely low heat input and can replace TIG welding on pipe root applications. The machine is supplied with the Intellx Elite wire feeder and has an amperage range of 30–650 A. It is suited for industries such as heavy industrial manufacturing, construction, transportation and pressure vessel fabrication.
