COMPACT 100 – cabinet with dust collector
The COMPACT 100 is a complete cabinet blasting system for removing rust, mill scale and other non-sticky contaminants from components. The system comprises four integrated units: cabinet sandblaster KN-100, dust collector filter FOS-4 N, abrasive separator SC-430 and pressure sandblaster KO-13. The abrasive circulates in a closed loop and is cleaned in the separator during each cycle. Suitable abrasives include electrocorundum, glass microbeads and fine steel shot. The system is ready for operation after connection to electrical power and compressed air. The integrated layout reduces installation footprint compared to separately delivered components. The equipment is supplied with an EU declaration of conformity, a pressure vessel certificate (UDT) and CE marking.
