Blast Cabinet KP 115

The KP 115 is a blast cabinet available in four configurations (sets 1–4) with different equipment levels. Sets 1 and 2 are equipped with an injector gun (BNP with boron carbide nozzle), while sets 3 and 4 use pressure sandblasters. The pressure versions provide approximately four times higher cleaning efficiency than the injector versions. Sets 2 and 4 include an abrasive separator (cyclone type) that separates abrasive from dust and prevents fine abrasive from being drawn into the dust collector. The cabinet can be supplied with opening side walls (standard) or with a front wall that lifts upward on gas springs. Compatible abrasives include corundum, glass beads and fine steel grit.

Glass beads give a clean matt finish in a cabinet, aluminium oxide is the hard, fast choice that survives many cycles, and soda is the only genuinely gentle option for thin panels and chrome. The rule behind it all: match the media to the substrate — never harder than it can take. And ordinary quartz sand is not an option: it is effectively banned in Norway because of the silicosis risk.

Vacuum sandblaster FK-KO-25

Vacuum sandblaster with a closed loop for abrasive circulation, built on a pressure tank with a capacity of 25 litres. The control system with tank decompression provides fast automatic refilling of the tank when work stops. The unit features a large suction filter with a mechanical cleaning system for the filter cartridge. Suitable for engraving inscriptions in stone and ornaments on glass. The FOR-1 dust collector is designed for dust removal from sandblast cabinets and other processes that generate dry particulates, such as grinding, provided the dust does not form explosive mixtures. The cartridge filter is made of polyester tissue and provides filtration class M. With appropriate cartridges, the unit can also be used for dust extraction at welding stations.

FOS series dust collectors

FOS series dust collectors are designed for use with blast cabinets, and can also be used for dust extraction from other technological processes such as grinding, provided the dust-air mixture is not explosive. The filter uses a pleated filter paper cartridge with 99.95% filtration efficiency, allowing cleaned air to be recirculated into the working hall. The filter element is cleaned automatically by compressed air pulses. The lower part of the housing contains a dust drawer that can be removed without dispersing dust into the surroundings. The upper section houses a medium-pressure centrifugal fan controlled by a contactor with thermal protection. The fan chamber is lined with an acoustic mat to reduce noise. The series includes models FOS 2 N, FOS 3 N, FOS 4 N, FOS 5 N and FOS 6 N, covering airflow capacities from 600 to 3000 m³/h.

The dust extractor is designed for dedusting shot blasting chambers and other technological processes where air filtration is required and dusts do not form explosive mixtures. With appropriate filter cartridges, it can also be used for dedusting thermal cutting tables and welding stations. Filter cartridges are cleaned automatically with compressed air pulses, and the purified air may be returned to the interior of the hall.

Blast Cabinet KFC 250 S – Complete Kit

The KFC 250 S is a blast cabinet for removing rust, rolling scale and other non-sticky contaminants using abrasives such as steel shot, aluminium oxide and glass beads. The abrasive operates in a closed circuit and is cleaned of impurities in the cyclone separator with each cycle. The kit comprises four components: blast cabinet KFC 250 S, dust collector FOS-6 N with radial fan (3 kW), abrasive separator SC-430 and pressure sandblaster KO-40 (40 l) with remote control. The KN 125 HD is a series of blast cabinets constructed entirely from 3 mm steel sheet. The series is offered in four configurations: sets 1 and 2 are equipped with an injector gun, while sets 3 and 4 use a pressure sandblaster. The pressure version delivers higher abrasive outlet velocity and approximately four times greater surface-cleaning efficiency compared with the injector version. Sets 2 and 4 include an abrasive separator that separates abrasive from dust and prevents fine abrasive from being drawn into the dust collector; this is recommended when using fine abrasives such as corundum or glass beads, and when cleaning heavily contaminated items.

SZ type pressure blasting cabinets (KPC 70 SZ / KPC 90 SZ / KPC 115 SZ / KPC 140 SZ)

The SZ series are pressure-type blasting cabinets equipped with a 13 dm³ pressure pot mounted beneath the cabinet hopper. The pressure principle produces higher nozzle exit velocities compared to an injector system, increasing cleaning efficiency by approximately 4 times. The machines are suitable for cleaning and structuring surfaces using abrasives such as electrocorundum, fine steel grit, glass beads, etc. The abrasive circulates in a closed circuit; dust from workpieces and broken abrasive is extracted from the chamber by a fan to a dust extractor with a polyester tissue-paper filter cartridge (optional but required accessory). The cabinet is a welded structure of steel sections and 2 mm steel sheet. The working table is made of 3 mm perforated sheet on a flat-bar grate. All surfaces are powder coated. Internal lighting consists of 50 W / 230 V LED lamps. The inspection window comprises a tempered glass pane and an outer polycarbonate plate. Through-holes in the side walls allow blasting of long workpieces such as pipes and angles. A tungsten carbide nozzle is included. Cabinets with alternative dimensions and a reinforced rotary table are available on request.
