MIRA VGX-21 Aerokit for Lycoming and Continental Aero Engines

The MIRA AeroKit is specially designed for valve seat cutting and valve seat insert counterboring on blind cylinders of Continental and Lycoming aero engines. A special extension spindle allows cutting of all valve seats in the cylinder head up to 200 mm depth. Air-cooled cylinder heads of different depths and diameters can be processed with the VGX-Aerokit, which provides a fixed and precise clamping system. Use of the VD97 Vario Drive Unit is recommended for increased efficiency and precision. The kit includes the VGX-21 valve seat refacing unit, wall support with clamping system, extension spindle 200 mm, 6 SKX type standard formtools, 6 FD type standard pilots, wall mountings, fixed and loose bearing plates, leveling plate, clamping brackets with screws, service tooling and equipment, and instruction manual. Optional equipment available: DT2 and DT3 toolheads for various seat diameters, DSD double-edged toolheads, EM25-75 mm adjusting micrometer, extension spindles in other lengths, VD-97 Vario Drive Unit, wall adapter for VD97, and MUV-95 vacuum test unit.
